International Summer School for Young Theatre Artists, 30 May - 26 June,
Moscow Region (deadline: 1 April 2011)

Theatre Union of Russia will host its fifth Summer School for Young
Professional Actors from May 30 to June 26, 2011 in the old Russian town
of Zvenigorod. Artists from any country may apply. Basic knowledge of
Russian is required.

For the period of the School participants will have classes of Voice,
Movement, Scenic Fight, Fencing, Acrobatics, History of Theatre, History
of Russian Theatre, and Acting. All classes will be given by professors
from established Russian theatre schools, additional master classes will
given by famous Russian stage and film masters.

The Summer School is addressed to all Young (up to 35 years old)
Professional Actors with Basic Knowledge of Russian. Please note that
while fluency in Russian is not required for the Classes, Basic Knowledge
of the language is absolutely essential.

Organizer will cover all expenses as of accommodation, meals, applicable
performance tickets, local transportation, and other eligible expenses in
Russia. Participants must cover their International Travel, Visa and
Insurance costs (organizer will assist with obtaining Russian Visas).

Applications are accepted via E-mail to zvenigorod2011 at gmail.com until
April 1, 2011 and are to be submitted in Russian only. Please see the
