Va aduc in atentie ON ARTIVISM (IN BETWEEN CULTURE AND POLITICS) in Umelec 2011/2. Textul compara doua retele culturale din Moldova (Oberlist si Resistenta) pentru a pune in discutie o serie de probleme socio-politice si estetice actuale in cercurile artistice de la Chisinau (desi e relevant si pentru alte contexte post-socialiste).

I am bringing to your attention ON ARTIVISM (IN BETWEEN CULTURE AND POLITICS) in Umelec 2011/2. The text proceeds by comparing two cultural networks in Moldova (Oberlist and Resistance) in order to discuss broader socio-political and (I hope) aesthetic problems relevant today within the Chisinau contemporary art scene. The text may also apply to other post-socialist countries.
