În contextul sărbătorilor de independență a Republicii Moldova, de  
la finalul lunii august 2012, Chișinăul s-a ales cu două spații  
publice amenajate cu aportul colectivelor de arhitecți din Cehia,  
Georgia, România și a voluntarilor din Uniunea Europeană.

Unul din aceste spații nu este altceva decît o anexă la Apartament- 
ul Deschis (http://chiosc.oberliht.com/apartament) amplasat pe str.  
București 68/1, pe care o vom folosi drept spațiu pentru proiecții  
în aer liber.

Astfel, prin prezentarea publică a filmului “Autoportret în  
cătușe”, regizat de Viktor DASHUK (2012), care reprezintă  
activitatea din ultimii zece ani ai artistului Ales PUSHKIN, originar  
din Belarus (un artist incomod regimului Lukashenko), dorim să oferim  
continuitate programului de proiecții dedicat spațiului public și  
funcției sale sociale.

At the end of August 2012, having the Independence day of Republic of  
Moldova in the background, Chisinau got two newly arranged public  
spaces with the help of architects’ collectives from Czech Republic,  
Georgia, Romania and a group of volunteers from European Union.

One of these spaces is actually an annex to the Flat Space (http://chiosc.oberliht.com/apartament 
) situated on Bucuresti str. 68/1 in Chisinau and that will be used  
for open air screenings.

By presenting the film “Self-portrait in handcuffs” directed by  
Viktor DASHUK (2012) we give continuity to the screening program  
dedicated to public space and its social role. The film documents the  
activity of Ales PUSHKIN, a Belorussian artists who, through his  
actions that were organized during the the last 10 years, regularly  
criticizes Lukashenko’s regime.
