*Heads of several departments of Odessa State Scientific Library named
after Maxim Gorky  sent letters of complaint to President and Prime
Minister of Ukraine. *

*Library employees complain about the late payment of salaries. *

*Library employees argue that in some cases the debt is in several times
greater than the salary. *

*According to librarians, institutional staff is inflated by senior posts
occupied by Director's relatives and Director's persons, who do not even
appear at work. *

*According to employees, head of the Library Olga Botushanskaya rarely
appears at work and do not listens employees complains. *


 *At the end of January 2014 to the library Ministry staff came and carried
out an inspection, which also failed to establish any violations. *

*According to employees, the auditors spent all the time in the office of
Botushanskaya, didn't talk to employees. *

*Also accounting records were not checked. *

*Now librarians are going to appeal to the General Prosecutor.*
