Pe 27 februarie 2015, la ora 14:00 în incinta Preturii sectorului  
Buiucani (str. Mihai Viteazul nr. 2, Sala de Ședințe) vor avea loc  
consultări publice pe marginea proiectului „Planul Urbanistic de  
Detaliu pentru complexul hotelier și de agrement din str. Maria  
Cebotari, 20″, detalii aici: Proiectul „Planul Urbanistic de

Această decizie a fost luată în urma depunerii unei scrisori prin  
care Asociația Oberliht a solicitat organizarea unor noi dezbateri  
publice. Demersul dat a fost susținut de un grup de ONG-uri preocupate  
de noile transformări din parc.

Încurajăm membrii societății civile și chișinăuienii să-și  
expună public opinia referitor la construția unui hotel în Grădina  
Publică Ștefan cel Mare, în locul faimoasei cafenele Guguță, și  
să susțină un Parc al comunității și al chișinăuienilor în  
locul unui Parc acaparat de interese private.

GRĂDINA PUBLICĂ A REZISTAT 200 ANI SUB REGIMURI AUTORITARE, ÎNSĂ  
RISCĂ SĂ DISPARĂ DOAR ÎN 20 ANI DE DEMOCRAȚIE !!!

27 февраля 2015 года в 14:00, в претуре  
сектора Буюкань (ул. Михай Витязул, 2,  
зал заседаний) пройдут публичные  
слушания по поводу проекта «Подробный  
план строительства гостинично- 
развлекательного комплекса по ул.  
Мария Чеботарь, 20». Детали о проекте:  
Proiectul „Planul Urbanistic de Detaliu pentru complexul hotelier şi  
de agrement din str. Maria Cebotari, 20″.

Решение о проведении общественных  
слушаний было принято в результате  
подачи официального письма, в котором  
Ассоциация Oberliht выступила с просьбой  
организовать повторные слушания.  
Письмо было поддержано рядом НПО,  
занимающихся вопросами  
преобразования центрального парка.

Мы призываем общественные организации  
и кишиневцев выразить открыто свое  
мнение касательно строительства отеля  
на месте знаменитого кафе «Гугуцэ» в  
парке им. Штефана чел Маре. А также  
просим поддержать идею Парка для  
общественности и кишиневцев и  
противостоять превращению парка в чей- 
то частный бизнес.

ЦЕНТРАЛЬНЫЙ ПАРК ВЫСТОЯЛ 200 ЛЕТ  
АВТОРИТАРНЫХ РЕЖИМОВ, НО РИСКУЕТ

On the 27th of February 2015, at 14:00, in the house of the  
Administration of Buiucani District (Mihai Viteazul str. nr. 2,  
Meeting Room), there will take place public consultations on the issue  
of the project “Detailed Urban Plan for the hotel and recreational  
complex on Maria Cebotari str. 20”, details here:Project “Detailed  
Urban Plan for hotel and recreational complex on Maria Cebotari str.  
20”.

This decision has been taken following the deposition of a letter  
through which Oberliht Association solicited the organization of  
repeated public debates. The presented initiative has been supported  
by a group of NGOs concerned by the transformations in the park.

We encourage the civil society and the residents of Chisinau to  
express publicly their opinion concerning the construction of a hotel  
in the Public Garden Stefan cel Mare, on the place of the famous  
cafeteria Guguta, and to support a Park of the community and of the  
residents of Chisinau, instead of a park taken over by private  
interests.

Our motto is:

THE PUBLIC GARDEN HAS RESISTED 200 YEARS UNDER AUTHORITARIAN REGIMES,  
BUT RISKS TO DISAPPEAR IN ONLY 20 YEARS OF DEMOCRACY !!!
