#11 Orașul și Culturile Lui cu Dinara KANYBEK kyzy
un ciclu de prezentări în cadrul programului Bibliotecii Spațiului Public <http://biblioteca.oberliht.org/conferinte/>
Biblioteca noului format: o încercare de a regîndi funcția și sensul spațiului public

Prezentarea va fi dedicată experienței de reorganizare a bibliotecii municipale din orașul Bișkek. Un component important al proiectului a fost reinterpretarea sensurilor, valorilor precum și dimensiunii temporale a acestui proces complex. Proiectul de re-pornire a bibliotecii a devenit rezultatul aplicat al unei cercetări efectuate de echipa “Inițiative urbane <https://www.facebook.com/urbaninitiativesKG/>” în anul 2014 și care a cuprins toată rețeaua de biblioteci municipale din oraș. În baza rezultatelor cercetării dar și avînd susținerea  Sistemului centralizat de biblioteci care s-a implicat activ am inițiat un proces care a luat mai mult de doi ani. Și anume aceasta a constituit unul dintre factorii sucesului proiectului. Mult mai complex, dar și mai important a fost proiectul de reflecție colectiva – proiectul era orientat nu doar spre transformări spațiale ci și la conținutul bibliotecii. Întregul proces a fost deschis și accesibil la toate etapele, ceea ce a constituit o surpriză pentru orășeni – mulți nu au crezut în posibilitatea și oportunitatea participării. Aceasta a revelat cîteva atitudini ale orășenilor, mai ales în privința proiectării comune a mediului/spațiilor din oraș. De asemenea, pe exemplul acestui caz, va fi discutată și tema “interpretului” (în acest caz bibliotecarul).

Dinara Kanybek kyzy este o artistă, curatoare și cercetătoare din Kîrgîzstan, cu interese în domeniul comunităților locale, spațiilor publice, identităților locale.

Aceste prezentări fac parte din ciclul Orașul și culturile Lui și sunt organizate sub egida Bibliotecii Spațiului Public <http://biblioteca.oberliht.org/>,  proiect susținut de Fundația Culturală Europeană în cadrul progamului Acțiune Colectivă pentru Bunurile Comune <http://www.culturalfoundation.eu/connected-action/> și de Ministerul Culturii al Republicii Moldova.
Ciclul Orașul și Culturile Lui își propune să abordeze din multiple perspective – istorică, antropologică, filosofică, politică, economică, artistică – tema ORAȘULUI și a vieții urbane.

Библиотека нового формата: опыт переосмысления функций и смысла общественного пространства

Лекция будет посвящена опыту реорганизации муниципальной библиотеки в городе Бишкек. Важным компонентов проекта было переосмысление смыслов, ценностей и осознанное выделение времени этому непростому процессу. Проект перезагрузки библиотеки стал прикладным продолжением исследования, проведенного командой «Городские инициативы <https://www.facebook.com/urbaninitiativesKG/>» в 2014 и охватившего всю сеть муниципальных библиотек в городе. Имея на руках результаты исследования и при активном вовлечении Централизованной библиотечной системы, мы запустили процесс, который занял более года. И именно это было одним из факторов успеха. Гораздо сложнее, но при этом важнее был процесс совместной мысли – проект был направлен не только на пространственные изменения, но и на смысловое и ценностное содержание библиотеки.  Весь процесс был открыт и доступен на всех этапах, что оказалось неожиданностью для горожан – многим не верилось в возможность вовлечения. Это показало некоторые ментальные модели горожан, когда речь идет о совместном проектировании среды/пространств в городе. Также на примере этого кейса будет затронута тема «интерпретатора» (в данном случае это – библиотекарь).

Динара Каныбек кызы – артистка, куратор и исследователь из Кыргыстана. Она интересуется местными сообществами, общественными пространствами и местными идентичностями.

Проект поддерживается Европейским Культурным Фондом в рамках программы Коллективное Действие для Общественных Благ <http://www.culturalfoundation.eu/thematic-focus> и Министерством Культуры Республики Молдова.
Цикл Город и его Культуры имеет целью представить город и его среду с точки зрения разных дисциплин: истории, антропологии, философим, политики, экономии, культурологии, изобразитeльных искусств.

a cycle of presentations in the frame of Public Space Library <http://biblioteca.oberliht.org/conferinte/> program

The new library: an attempt to rethink the function and the meaning of public space

The presentation will be dedicated to the experience of reorganization of the municipal library of the city oh Bishkek. An important element of the project was to reinterpret the meanings, values but also the temporal dimension of this complex process. The project of re-starting the library was the practical result of a research done by the “Urban Initiatives <https://www.facebook.com/urbaninitiativesKG/>” team in 2014 that comprised the whole network of municipal libraries in the city. On the basis of the result, but also with the active participation of the Centralized System of Libraries we initiated a process that took more than two years. This ensured the success of the project. More complex but also more important was the process of collective reflection – the project was oriented not only towards spatial transformations but also to the content of the library. The whole process was open and accessible, a fact that constituted a surprise for the inhabitants – many did not believe that they have the opportunity and the possibility to participate. This has also revealed several attitudes of the citizens, especially concerning the collective design of the environment and spaces in the city. Also, on the basis of this experience, we will discuss the role of the “interpreter” (in this case the librarian).

Dinara Kanybek kyzy is an artist, curator and researcher from Kirgizstan, with interests in local communities, public spaces, local identities.

These presentations are part of the series  City and Culture and are organized under the umbrella of the Public Space Library <http://biblioteca.oberliht.org/> program, a project supported by the European Cultural Foundation, in the framework of Connected Action for the Commons program <http://www.culturalfoundation.eu/connected-action/> and the Ministry of Culture of Republic of Moldova.
The series City and Culture aims to explore the city and the urban life from a variety of perspectives: anthropological, historical, philosophical, political, artistic etc.
