under the age of 35, willing to be among the speakers at the 9th CEI Venice
Forum for Contemporary Art Curators. We would be very grateful if you could

*CALL FOR YOUNG CURATORS*
*to participate in the 9th CEI Venice Forum for Contemporary Art
CuratorsDeadline 23rd April 2019*

A new CALL is now open! Are you a contemporary art curator under the age of
35, born in one of the CEI countries(*)?  You could have the opportunity to
meet international curators and experts and share your thoughts and views
on the future art world at the 2019 CEI Venice Forum organised by Trieste
Contemporanea Committee, which will be held at the Academy of Fine
Arts, 9th May 2019, Venice.

Among all submissions, organisers will select 6 young curators.

Since 2003 the Venice Forum has been a CEI Feature Event, under the
patronage of the Central European Initiative. It is a biennial moment of
encounter and exchange of curatorial practices among curators of
contemporary art from Central Eastern Europe. The 2019 Forum will bring
together Venice Biennale commissioners, museum directors, international art
curators, contemporary art organisers, young curators and key figures for
contemporary art institutions.

If participating in the selection interests you, send us the following by
April 21st, 2019:
-- an ABSTRACT of an art initiative that you are organising in 2019 or that
you would like to organise in the period 2019-2020 (max 500 words + some
images of the works by artists involved).
-- your ANSWERS (max 500 words) to a questionnaire which you can find at
