Hey all,

In the frames of  *ZMINA: Resilience* project we are also launching a
capacity building program. The first series of workshops are about *Cultural
Project Management.*

This capacity-building programme is designed to support cultural
organisations in all Creative Europe countries in strengthening their
resilience, expanding international partnerships, and successfully managing
projects at the European level. We focus on flexibility, inclusion, and
sustainability as key pillars of long-term development.
Upcoming sessions:

Wednesday, 18 February | 13:00–15:00 CET
*Organisations Ready for Projects*

An introductory workshop for organisations that want to better understand
what it really takes to work with EU-funded projects. The session draws on
nearly two decades of hands-on experience with programmes such as Creative
Europe, Interreg, and large-scale urban and innovation projects, combining
strategic insight with practical reality. Speaker is a Director of EIT
Culture & Creativity East, worked on implementation of European Capital of
Culture 2013 in Košice, and has experience with all the European projects.

Wednesday, 4 March | 13:00–15:00 CET

*Building Strong International Partnerships*

If you missed the previous one, we'll do partnerships again ;) This session
focuses on finding the right partners, building balanced and flexible
collaborations, understanding consortium dynamics, and preventing
communication crises.

Next events are:

The series will also include sessions on monitoring and evaluation in
cultural practice (March 18, 13:00 – 15:00 CET), as well as fundraising
strategies for both organisational development and project-based work (TBC)
