building, and independent artistic infrastructures*



Dear all,

Danish Cultural Institute and KSA:K is pleased to invite you to an
inspirational talk and Q&A by Steen Andersen on alternative cultural
production, DIY festivals and events, community building, independent
artistic infrastructures, and experimental approaches to cultural
production and communication.

*The event will take place on 17 June from 17:30 at Bunker.* Registration
is not necessary.
*The event will be conducted in English.*

*About the artist*
Steen Andersen (b. 1973) is a cultural entrepreneur, project developer,
writer and festival manager based in Denmark. His work operates at the
intersection of contemporary art, sound, performance, DIY culture, and
participatory communities, and over the past 15 years, he has developed a
wide range of international cultural and artistic projects in Denmark,
Ukraine, Germany, Turkey, Japan, and the United States. He is the
co-founder of Handjob Records, Lost Farm Festival, Odden Sauna Festival,
the creative hub PB43, and several other independent cultural initiatives.
