VII BIENALLE OF AQUARELLE

OPEN COMPETITION

Extracts from guidelines and internal rules of the seventh biennale of
aquarelle Biennale of aquarelle is a manifestation of notable art
achievements in watercolor technique over the past two years. Within VII
Biennale of aquarelle, there will be 3 exhibitions:
- Aquarelle exhibition
- Thematic multimedia exhibition
- Study exhibition of watercolor from Contemporary gallery of artistic colony
Ecka – Zrenjanin.
The aim of this exhibition is to stimulate artists to work in watercolor
technique in contemporary art.

All art and applied art authors have the right to apply their work for
exhibition. No entry fees. Selection committee will grade all applied
work. There will be two awards to buy aquarelles for the best art
achievements according to art panel of judges. There will also be four
equal awards, which allow winners to participate in the Art Colony in
Ecka. Every artist can participate with two aquarelles / artworks.

Application rules:

a) Watercolor exhibition – Aquarelles that are applied must be done in
watercolor technique, not exhibited so far and not older than two years.
They must be delivered unequipped. All the aquarelles, which do not comply
with the rules, will be immediately rejected and returned to the authors.

b) Thematic multimedia exhibition: It is necessary to submit visual
documentation and detailed description / sketch of works. Artworks must
not be older than two years and not exhibited so far. All the works which
do not comply with the rules will be immediately rejected and returned to
the authors With all the aquarelles / artworks, authors must send
applications with biographical details, information about the aquarelles /
works, address and contact telephone on forms which can be found online at
www.galerija.co.yu or at the request from the organizers.

All aquarelles / artworks have to be delivered from 20th March to 10th
April 2007.
