Theatre Communications Group/ITI travel grants (between Central/Eastern &
Russia and USA) - deadline: 26 Oct



TCG/ITI Travel Grants award funding to theatres and individual theatre
professionals for travel between USA and countries of Central/Eastern
Europe and Russia. Applications to be made by US partner.

These grants award theatres and individual theatre professionals (artists,
administrators or educators) $3,000 each, which may cover transportation
and living expenses essential to the project including research materials,
communication costs, theatre tickets and/or the services of an
interpreter.

This grant program was developed by TCG in collaboration with the
International Theatre Institute and is funded by the Trust for Mutual
Understanding.

These grants will support travel in either direction between theatre
professionals in the U.S. and their counterparts in Russia or
Central/Eastern Europe, including Albania, Belarus, Bosnia, Bulgaria,
Croatia, the Czech Republic, Georgia, Herzegovina, Hungary, Macedonia,
Moldova, Mongolia, Poland, Romania, Russia, the Slovak Republic, Slovenia,
Ukraine and Yugoslavia.

The independent Baltic States and those of Central Asia that were formerly
part of the Soviet Union are not currently within the geographic scope of
the program.
