Cultural Actors of Change in Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova

We are strongly committed to the promotion of cultural cooperation and the
notion of 'the wider Europe'.

However, we did not have much knowledge of and experience in working with
the countries of Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova.

So we launched a series of reflection (and advocacy) processes with
cultural experts & operators, policy makers and artists of the 3
countries. We call this group our Eastern Reflection Group.
