Pépinières européennes pour jeunes artistes
appel à candidatures / jeune création vidéo cinéma – 4ème édition
en relation avec le programme jeune création du Festival international de
programmes audiovisuels  – FIPA – de Biarritz

 Toujours attentives à l'émergence de nouveaux talents, aux nouvelles
expressions qui naissent et s'initient dans la rencontre entre les mondes
du cinéma, de la vidéo et de la jeune création, mapXXL lance un appel à
candidature pour la quatrième édition de « jeune création vidéo cinéma ».

 Qu'il s'agisse de fiction, de document de création, d'animation, de
vidéo-danse ou d'art vidéo, toutes ces expressions sont conviées à
participer à cette sélection qui souhaite rendre compte des mouvements
portés par une jeune génération de créateurs qui participe à l'émergence
de nouvelles écritures.

 Deux sélections seront présentées, l'une avec des vidéos de 30 secondes à
12 minutes, l'autre avec des vidéos de 12 à 24 minutes. Ils devront être
envoyés sur support numérique DVD.

Les œuvres sélectionnées seront projetées dans le cadre d’une sélection
jeune création du 21ème Fipa à Biarritz entre les 22 et 27 janvier 2008.

 tender for applications / emerging creation video cinema - 4th edition
 in relation to emerging creation programme of the International festival
of audiovisual programs - FIPA - of Biarritz.
 Always attentive with the emergence of new talents, with the new
expressions creating by the crossing of the worlds of the cinema, of the
video and the emerging creation, mapXXL proposes a tender for
applications  for the fourth edition of “emerging creation video cinema
2007”.
 Whether works of fiction, creative documents, animation, dance videos or
video art, all forms of expression are invited to participate in this
selection whose mission is to give a comprehensive overview of this
trend, created by a young generation of artists participating in the rise
of new expressions.

 Two selections will be presented, the first one with videos lasting 30
seconds to 12 minutes, the second one with videos lasting 12 to 24
minutes. They must be sent in high definition format in DVD.
  The selected videos will be presented as part of a section of emerging
creation in the Fipa in Biarritz between January 22nd and 27th 2008.
