Intercultural Dialogue as the Fundamental Value of the EU (Ljubljana,
Slovenia, 7-8 January 2008)

The European Year of Intercultural Dialogue 2008 will open with this
conference organised by the University of Primorska, under the auspices of
the Slovenian Ministry of Culture and the European Commission. In the
course of the event, the meaning of intercultural dialogue to the sectors
of culture and the arts, education and science, media and sustainable
economic development will be analysed, in a participative manner.
