The 'STATE of EMERGENCY' magazine Nr. 3 is available and can be bought in
Chisinau, Balti, Cahul at Moldpresa and Omniapresa kiosks, as well as at
the Exhibition Centre 'Constantin Brancusi' (bd. Stefan cel Mare 3,
Chisinau).
In Romania the magazine is possible to find in the following places:
