Dear colleagues,

from 12.-14. June 2009 a conference about "1968 and New Social Movements in
Yugoslavia" will take part in Novi Sad.

Apart from a panel about the student movements of 1968 there will be
discussions about cultural avantgarde of the 70s, youth cultures, feminism,
workers strikes, anti-war-movements and the protests of the 90s as well as
an introduction into the research of Social movements.

The conferences will provide a space for presentation of research work of
young schoolars. Working language is Serbian/ Croatian/ Bosnian.

Organizers are Alternativna kulturna organizacija - AKO (Novi Sad),
Omladinski centar CK13 (Novi Sad) and Zenski informaciono-dokumentacioni
centar Zindok (Beograd).
