Draft concept of Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) cultural
co-operation being developed

Organisations and Programs under the Department of International Relations

Cultural Programs of Azerbaijan Ministry of Culture and Tourism considers
that
culture will become one of the essential uniting factors that will foster
friendship
and neighbourhood relations between the member-countries of the
Commonwealth of
Independent States.
