here is a follow-up of the Bulgarian situation, via our HEICO project
partner from Art Today Association from Plovdiv:


A group of young curators initiated a project using pubic debate and
intervention: They want to establish a Bulgarian Pavillion in the Center of
Sofia, as some kind of memento for the deficiency of our state cultural
policy. The whole project is starting with an open call for artistic
proposals in public space:
