 Tandem - Moldova & Ukraine kicked off in Brussels

 In Brussels last week, ECF and partner MitOst, launched the exchange
programme for cultural managers - Tandem - brought together more than 20
cultural professionals from across the EU to start the programme with
their partners from Moldova and Ukraine.
 The Tandem - Moldova & Ukraine programme kicked off with a series of
presentations, including a Q&A session on EU and cultural policies with
Ilona Kish (Culture Action Europe), Douglas Carpenter (European
Commission) and Sabine Bornemann (Cultural Contact Point Germany). There
were also visits to Brussels-based cultural and political institutions
and the start of the placements in different European cities.
