Sprout 8 - Calling all Artists!
We can all feel that the change of seasons is upon us, and that means it's time for another Sprout!
The Call for Artists is officially open!
Are you rich with ideas for new projects, but poor on funds? Do you know an artist who has great ideas, but needs help purchasing supplies, equipment, labor or space? Sprout runs on the premise that great ideas often need a little push to get it started. Grantees are awarded upwards of $1000 to pursue their creative project. Thus far, the Sprout community has convened at delicious dinners to award funds to make 14 projects happen. The upcoming deadline for artist proposals is Monday, October 15th, at 5pm. Please spread the word to your creative friends! Information about how to apply can be found here.
Make sure to save the date for Sprout 8!
Saturday, November 3rd @ 6pm.
All Pilgrim's Christian Church, Capitol Hill.
Tickets will be available through BrownPaperTickets starting on October 1.
We are looking for volunteers and paid dishwashers for Sprout 7 ($50 + delicious food). If interested, please email us at sproutinseattle at gmail.com.
