ICA-Yerevan offers a unique 4-semester Educational Program in 3 Modules:

The education program targets young specialists who preferably hold
undergraduate or graduate degree in Human or Social Sciences. It aims to
provide training in conceptualization, management and interpretation of
cultural, social, political contexts as well as art events, projects and
exhibitions.

The classes have both theoretical and practical elements. The
interdisciplinary approach to education allows the students of each module
to practice the knowledge and skills gained throughout the program in the
scopes of Project Lab/Hub activities of ICA-Yerevan. They will assist
curators and art managers and also participate in additional workshops,
lectures and presentations.

Selected groups of 10 students maximum will be accepted per Module. The
selection criteria are the students’ motivation (explained in a letter),
excellent knowledge of a foreign language (preferably English) CV and
commitment to attending the whole period of studies.

Further selection will be based on interviews.

The tutors and program initiators are the leading culture and art critics,
theoreticians, curators and art managers operating in the independent
cultural scene of Armenia (locally and internationally).

In the first year those are the Coursework and the Practice, whereas in
the second year the students need to complete a Thesis (writing or a
project, depending on the module) and an Internship at one of the
independent cultural institutions in Armenia.

The Academic year starts on October 22. The classes will be held on
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 18:30-21:30
