Student Show and Professional Show

3x3 sponsors two competitions each year, one for students and the other
for professional illustrators. Both shows are judged by some of the top
names in international illustration and design.
The Student Show is open to all undergraduate and graduate students in
universities, colleges and art schools around the world.

The Professional Show is also an international show open to practicing
illustrators and includes two separate categories: published and
unpublished. The published category is limited to the top 100 pieces
judged each year along with a separate unpublished category with the total
number limited only by the judges.

Student Show

open to all undergraduate and graduate students in colleges, universites
and art schools during the caldendar year 2006; all work completed between
January and December 2006 is eligble. Unlike some shows this is an
international competition open to students worldwide.

Professional Show

This year we have expanded our categories to include animation, art for
sale and children's book illustration--both published and unpublished.

Judges inlcude Pentagram principal Kit Hinrichs, art director/illustrator
Edel Rodriguez, art director Kayoko Suzuki-Lange, graphic designer Paul
Hodgson, art director Jeremy Lacroix and illustrators Olaf Hajek and
Kenneth Andersson.
