onedotzero is currently open for submissions of original moving image work
across motion graphic, music video, documentary, narrative shorts,
fashion, and environment.
early submission deadline: 10 august 2007
in addition to single screen works, we are interested in receiving
proposals for installations, interactive works and live performance.

onedotzero has an eleven year authority in producing, commissioning and
presenting innovative cross-disciplinary moving image works. we are
committed to providing a place for both established and emerging
creativity can thrive side by side.
onedotzero_buenos aires: 28-30 september 2007 followed by extensive
national and international tour.
onedotzero_buenos aires will explore new ideas and fresh innovation
through curated compilation screenings, features, exhibitions, live av
performances, club nights, presentations and panel discussions from
internationally acclaimed artists and creatives.
the three day argentinean festival is the first stop on onedotzero's
global network of festivals. this global reach inspires the international
perspective of onedotzero's programming. last year the tour visited over
60 cities including seoul, singapore, zurich, lisbon, toronto, warsaw,
zagreb, taipei, rome, london, athens, brighton and edinburgh.
onedotzero is currently open for submissions of original moving image work
for the following programming areas:
wow + flutter: experimental motion graphic explorations.
true to its pioneering roots, wow + flutter features a spectrum of styles
spanning animat ion, motion graphics and abstract experimentation from a
wide geographic spread. preference will be placed on new work created for,
or premiering at the festival.
wavelength: music videos.
innovative and risk taking work from the most adventurous music promo
directors around, from zero to high budget - includes directors’
cuts, lost promos and previously unseen creations. recent programmes have
included work from michel gondry, pleix, logan, ne-o, intro, shynola and
lynn fox.
extended_play: narrative shorts.
short film / animation programme focusing on narrative-driven work, which
extend beyond the boundaries of storytelling and style. the 2005 programme
included work from shane acker, dominic hailstone, gaelle denis and pac
collective.
documentaries
radical short and feature length original documentaries. animated /
graphic / hybrid documentary submissions encouraged, but all considered.
fashion
fashion's coll ision with the fields of graphic design, illustration and
new forms of moving image has produced fascinating results. onedotzero
welcomes both individual and collaborative works, which explore fashions'
cinematic potential.
environment
continuing to explore the relationship between moving image and
architecture, onedotzero is looking for films which deal with rural and
urban environments. past festivals have featured work from the aa,
bartlett and london metropolitan schools of architecture.
